Event Safety 

We’re thrilled to be hosting live, in-person events again this year!

Personal and Event safety

To ensure a safe event, we're working together with the relevant government agencies, the local government, and the venue. The facility has plenty of open space, we have ensured that all seating is socially distanced and there will be multiple hand sanitiser stations around the venue.

There will be special instructions to all ticket holders closer on the door before entering a conference hall. For more information you can contact us at explore@cosmonauts.biz for further details.

 

Upon entering, all guests will be issued a wristband in one of two colours: green, or red, indicating to others how appropriate it is to welcome them.

  • Will I need to provide evidence that I am fully vaccinated against Covid 19?
    We will not ask anyone to prove their vaccination status but will expect our attendees to have been fully vaccinated or test negative for Covid-19 before attending the event. All attendees will be asked to take a temperature check upon entering the venue.
  • Will I need to show a negative test before attending?
    We ask that you take a PCR or lateral flow test before attending and only join the event if you test negative. We will not ask to see your test result. However, if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to Covid within 14 days prior to the event, please stay at home. If you test positive or display symptoms during the event, please follow national guidelines regarding quarantining.
  • Will I need to wear a mask at the event?
    We will not ask anyone to wear a mask during the event. However, if you wish to wear one, you are welcome to do so.
  • Will social distancing measures be in place?
    We ask that all attendees are mindful of space and respect one another’s preferences displayed via our wristband system.
